This space was created to make finding help easier. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, or just need someone to point you in the right direction — you can start here.
Our AI chatbot uses a carefully built knowledge base to connect you with safe, anonymous, and trusted support options. From mental health and crisis care to relationship challenges and more, you’ll find real tools that can help.
No accounts. No tracking. No judgment.
Just honest support, whenever you need it.
💬 Simply type what you're going through — like "I feel like giving up" or "I'm dealing with abuse at home" — and the chatbot will help guide you to the right place.
You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
All chats are 100% anonymous.
We do not collect, store, or connect any personal information to your conversation.
Some chats may be recorded to help us improve the support experience, but these are completely anonymous and contain no identifying details.
Your privacy matters — and your safety always comes first.
We created Mira because The Chris Banks Foundation is still in development and doesn’t yet have all of its programs fully launched. While we work on building our internal support systems, we want to make sure people have access to help now — especially for issues like suicide ideation, self-harm, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, domestic violence, bullying (both in-person and online), family conflict, LGBTQ+ support, and more. That’s why Mira connects you to trusted, evidence-based resources such as 988, The Trevor Project, NAMI, Crisis Text Line, and other specialized services.
Although we may not always have live humans available to chat with, Mira is designed as a private, AI-powered support tool — built using structured, specific instructions and verified knowledge bases. This means it’s more than just a chatbot; it’s a guide designed to get you the right help and information when you need it most, while we continue to grow and develop our programs.
